The Yedi Infinity11® Sous Vide Kit comes with a cooker that heats and circulates water at an exact temperature. Use it with a 77°F to 203°F range and up to 99 hours & 59 minutes of cook time. Its built-in clamp secures the sous vide onto any heat-safe pan, pot, or bucket. Powered by Octcision Technology, its 8 sides and 160 perforated openings push heated water against the side and throughout the container, holding the device in a way that avoids cool spots and uneven water distribution. With 1,000W of power, this device enables hyper-fast water heating. The Yedi Infinity 11 is designed to be ultra-quiet while achieving Michelin restaurant level quality cooking results.
